  Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to write a review. What a huge disappointment and overall bad experience with extremely poor customer service I experienced here. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, 30 minutes later I was placed in an exam room where I sat for 1 hour in a semi dark room with country music blaring loudly ....all by myself. I understand busy offices, getting behind or maybe caught up in an emergency however, not once did anyone check on me, update me or even just pop their head in for five seconds and offer any explanations as to why I was left alone. After an hour and a half of no interaction, I decided to leave. I wandered out found the exit and stopped at the desk to inform the staff I was leaving. All I got was an "ok". Wow, this left me feeling even worse, that not only did no one care that I was there, had been patiently waiting, but no one cared if I left. Word of mouth is so important for businesses. I have struggled with my vision, so vital in my profession, for the past several months. I booked this appointment some time ago feeling hopeful that Dr. Dornic would finally be the eye specialist that could help me. Unfortunately I wasn't afford the opportunity to find out, now I'm still in the same situation.
